By accessing or using Midpoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including those who create hangout sessions, join as participants, or browse the platform.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You may not create multiple accounts, share your credentials, or use another person's account without permission.

You agree to use Midpoint only for its intended purpose — coordinating meetups with friends and groups. You may not: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Scrape or collect user data without consent

Midpoint and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Midpoint Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (photos, messages) but grant us a license to display it within the app to other session participants.

Midpoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue suggestions, travel time calculations, or meeting point recommendations.
