Download Midpoint from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Sign up. You can continue with Apple, Google, or email. Account creation takes about 30 seconds.

On the email sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll send a reset link to the email on file. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that provider's “Continue with” button — there's no separate password.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, hangouts, photos, and friend connections within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email support@midpoint.co from your account address and we'll handle it.

Your device sends a coordinate so we can find venues that are equidistant by travel time. We snap it to a k-anonymity grid — at least 500 metres across, and larger where fewer people live — before storing it, and the precise coordinate is never written down. Other people in your hangout never see your location or your travel time: everyone sees their own time, plus a rounded ceiling on the group's longest trip. We never sell location data. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open your device's subscription settings, find Midpoint, and tap Cancel subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Yes — go to Profile → Settings → Export data. We'll email you a JSON archive of your hangouts, photos, and trinkets within 24 hours.
